Air Lite Manufacturing was founded in 1961 as the Fluff ‘n Puff Pillow Company and became a leading supplier to the Department Store trade.

The company branched out in the early 1970’s when the Department Stores began to stop selling yard goods and the modern fabric store was born. The name was changed and the company began producing Quilt Batting and Fiberfill for the up and coming fabric stores (later Quilt Shops).

The modern era finds Air Lite Manufacturing to be a producer of Cotton Batting, Poly/Cotton Batting, Embroidery Batting, Thermal Bonded Polyester Batting, Laminated Batting, Fiberfill, and Urethane Foam. All in a variety of widths, weights and yardage (footage were applicable) with NO minimum order required!

All Air Lite products are made in the U.S.A. and are NOT available in chain or big box stores.
